Great place to stay, great staff and location. We just got unlucky with other noisy residents!

The house is beautiful, great location, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean and beautifully furnished.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our Thanksgiving stay. the location was also great as it was close to good restaurants and popular attractions. We really appreciated the comfort of the beds as well.

The breakfast was very subpar with limited options. the choice was between fried or scrambled eggs and one main dish which varied each day.

Really loved the traditional Thai decor in the room, especially the beautiful textiles and artwork. The location was spot on, with plenty of temples and local shops within walking distance. The breakfast was always simple but tasty, and we enjoyed the extra dish that changed every day. the staff were very friendly and always happy to help.

The stairs to the room, which were open-air and attracted a lot of pigeons. As a result, they were quite dirty and could be a little unhygienic.

The hotel was in a quiet part of the old town, within walking distance of the main temples. The breakfast was fantastic with local flavors, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We loved the traditional style and cleanliness.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming and unique hotel. the location is away from the night bazaar and outside of the city center, making it a more quiet area but still easily accessible by foot from the main temples. the room was neat and clean, with authentic Thai decor and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spacious and had a powerful shower. the staff were extremely nice and the breakfast was simple but very good. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the nearby temple from our room.

There was one issue with the facilities that could be improved: the rooms need to be aired out regularly to avoid dampness and smell.
